• All rights to commissioned artwork belong to me, the artist. I may use it for my portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason (e.g. disrespectful behavior, health issues, poor communication, etc.).
• These terms and prices apply to personal use only. Commercial use, NFTs, AI training, or crypto-related profits are strictly prohibited.

─ Process & Revision ─

Process
1. Fill out the inquiry form and send your request.
2. If accepted, I’ll email you a first draft with an estimated price.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice. Payment confirms agreement to all terms.
4. Post-draft turnaround: 1-2 months, depending on complexity, queue, or personal delays.
5. Final work will be delivered in JPG & PNG, 300 DPI. Revision
• There will be two more revision stages after your first draft is confirmed.
• Any significant changes after the draft phase will incur a fee.

• Payment is 100% upfront via Paypal, USD. Take your time to consider before sending me an inquiry. Refund
• No refunds after the draft phase.
• Full refund only if I cancel due to personal reasons, etc.
